Topic: lost Kohlschreiber at Australian due to withdrawal
My husband and I just received an email from GFT letting us know kholschreiber withdrew and to click on link to replace him. Why do they bother sending an email if you can't change player?

So sorry, that was an automated email that went out when we removed Kohlschreiber from the tournament. It's very rare for a player to be replaced after the tournament starts, so our website code is set up to assume that these situations happen before the start of the tournament. Unfortunately we cannot let anyone edit their teams after the tournament starts as this would be unfair to other players, but the good news is that this will count as a 0 instead of a -16. Again, sorry for the confusion.
