Re: THE VADER TROPHY! (Vader League 2018)
So Kitzbuhel was a dud. Nobody had either finalist and Aiur won with just 135 points. TE and Murree even finished with zeroes. I guess you could say that, for those two, this tournament was......... *puts sunglasses on* .... pointless? *everyone cheers*
Not that it matters since, as I said, the high score was only 135.
DC is where the real money was, and Murree won rather comfortably with 860 points, having the winner, a SFist, and two QFists. He beat last place Drivers by a margin of 770. Ouch. Congrats to the four who used a Sasha Z pick here, totally worth it.
To soothe the blow of DC a bit, though, Drivers tore it up over in Los Cabos, winning with 405 points. Breaking 400 in a 250 is always an achievement, very nicely done. Great Fognini pick for the Top 5. I didn't think he'd make the transition to hardcourt so well.
This leaves our current Vader standings as such:
1. Murree: 35170
2. HTS: -1825 ↓455
3. Tenny: -2195 ↓755
4. BHP: -2310 ↓115
5. Spotec: -3220 ↓880
That's right, Murree gained on the entire Top 5 last week with his fantastic DC performance (he also had Fognini in Los Cabos, too). However, he gained less on BHP, who closed the gap with 3rd place Tenny significantly. GO BHP!
Oh, and Snolly is still in last place, but he's within less than 1000 of Dtrain.
