Topic: Venus Williams' French Open Dress - Inapppropriate?

Did you see that lingerie/tennis outfit Venus was sporting? It certainly caught folks' attention. Maybe a good thing for women's tennis to get some more um...exposure, but with slinky lingerie? I'm not sure this sends a positive message to young female athletes.

Venus is a fashion designer.  For fashion designers, ALL publicity is good publicity. 

She will make a LOT of money by stirring up this controversy.  Very savvy move.

Of course, one might say that she's already got more money than she could ever spend -- and probably be absolutely right.  However, I have never known a wealthy person who wasn't interested in getting much wealthier.
