Crict, same issue. Let me know what unseeded men's player you want on your team.

Hi Hanule,

I see your team, but it's missing an unseeded player. Give me that info and I'll fix it for you.

Thanks,
Charles

That should be fixed Sawleo, except Murry withdrew and I saw that you had Nishikori selected so I left him.

Your teams seem to be missing the the 5 players seeded 1 to 16. If Petr's team name is Hlasna then he is missing almost all of his players. If you private message me the teams I can fix this for you.

Please private message me your teams and I will get this sorted out. Sorry for the issues.

Strange, I just had to re-add her, but I know she was added originally. I see her now.

The same bug we had before has reared it's head. You will start with every player in the tournament added to your team, so you will need to delete them to create your team. If you click "edit team" you can go to the "My 8 Team Members" box and delete every player in that box. It currently contains all 128 players in the tournament, but it only takes a minute or two to delete all of them. You can then proceed and create your team.

IMPORTANT: After deleting all 128 players, please make a complete team with 8 players, two finalists and a winner. You can always edit this later if you change your mind, but if you do not select an entire team you will have to delete a bunch of players again later.

No, sorry. We will use this site again and the plan is to switch over for the US Open. Sorry for the delay.

Are you selecting a max of 5 in the top 16, 2 in seeded 17 to 32, and one unseeded player?

Also, if you did not select your finalists and winner after deleting the 128 players and making your team, it's possible that your finalist list now has 128 players. To check, please delete the two finalists and re-add them. If other players take their place you will need to delete all 128 again.

Unfortunately no, but the workaround seems to work. Have you tried that?

I can't wait until we launch the new site before the French.

Are you doing this on a computer or an ipad? Please try on a computer.

I apologize for this bug - it's very strange, as the code has not changed at all, so I have no idea what could have caused this. To add to the issue the developers of the original site are not easily available on weekends, and this issue was discovered yesterday. It's a mess. but this is the last time this old site will be used - we will switch to the new site for the French.

I'm also able to save my team. Are you sure you deleted all 128 of the players first?

Hey guys, so sorry about the bug that is preventing you from creating your team. We are working on a fix, but in the meantime there is a workaround. It currently contains all 128 players in the tournament, but it only takes a minute or two to delete all of them. You can then proceed and create your team. Again, so sorry about this. Yes, there is an issue and we should have it fixed soon. A quick workaround is to actually delete all of the players from your "team of 8" box (unfortunately this contains all 128 players in the tournament), and then you are able to create your team. But we should have a fix for this soon.

There is a strange issue with the Australian Open teams that makes it look like every team has the top 8 players, 8 finalists, and 8 winners. I'm working to get this fixed asap, and I apologize for the issue.

You will be able to select your team by tomorrow morning.

Sorry for the delay on this test, the developers had to fix a few bugs and they were not available to work on the site for a few weeks. We will have to use the old site for the AO, but we will be able to launch the new site for the French Open.
