He has pled not guilty to all charges with a bail set at $2 million. Two counts of burglary were recently dropped. The prosecutors have stated that Winslow performed these crimes between March and June of this year in his hometown of Encinitas, California. His DNA has been reported linked to several of the rapes. Also, Winslow was charged with raping a 17-year old girl in 2003 on Thursday that is unrelated to any of the previous charges and will be heard in August as well. According to that report, this alleged incident occurred in San Diego with a victim who was unconscious and may involve an assault in addition to the rape charge.
