It took too little time to fill in my 8 man team. What about starting the pics in the second round instead of first like it was before? Making pics for the fourth round is fine. It doesn't take much time.

Yeah, if only we could start picking earlier. The only bad thing about that is it would be harder to pick the correct person most of the time and that can affect the way your team performs in terms of the points.
